Can the internal optical accessories on the SC50E accessories be installed and replaced at site?

Internal optical accessories are factory fitted only. If it is found that it has been opened and modified all warranties will be voided and all liability will be assumed by the customer.

Does the SC50E PRO have an IK rating?

STARR lighting systems are manufactured with the highest quality materials for facade illumination only. Direct impact protection would be an over-design while adding unwanted bulk.

Can the LEDs on the SC50E be replaced and/or upgraded at site?

The SC50E is designed for with sustainability in mind however the optical chambers should only be accessed in a clean room environment. Your local STARR service centre can help you sort this out.

Can the components on the SC50E be are replaceable and upgradable?

Yes, all replacement parts for your SC50E can be found through your local distributor. Only genuine STARR parts should be used when replacing any parts on your luminaire. We know there are a lot of aftermarket products out there that seem legit but we do not have the ability to qualify and ensure all of these products are safe to use. If it is found that it has been modified with non-genuine parts, all warranties will be voided and all liability will be assumed by the customer.
